Product description

The iSCAN301 Image Code Readers combines the latest technology for rapid computing performance with high-quality matrix sensors. IP66 housings, integrated illumination, user-friendly image recording, and decoding with rapid image and data output via standardized interfaces such as Ethernet, RS-232, RS-422/485 and CAN bus allow quick implementation in many applications. Advanced technology allows the imager to read 1D and 2D codes, even with a poor contrast meaning its ideal for DPM’s (Direct Mark Printing). The iSCAN301 uses a physical trigger input (24VDC pulse) function rather than a “Code trigger” function meaning the scan is likely to be more reliable and transfer first time. The iSCAN301 does not support RS-485 multidrop systems, however a resolution can be achieved by using the CAN bus.
