Information about our shipping conditions
Delivery is within Germany, EU and Switzerland. Please consider that deliveries abroad duties may apply. We will inform you detailed about the shipping costs before you submit your binding order. For other countries please check the individual shipping costs.
Please understand that we cannot deliver to Post Boxes. We deliver orders for example by DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS or by freight carrier. We charge the following shipping costs are:

Information about terms of payment
You can choose to pay by invoice (after credit check) or advance payment.
Invoices must be paid within 10 days of the invoice date.
With the term of payment “payment in advance”, we will send you our bank details in the order or order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of the payment.
Credit check
If we make actions in advance, for example when we accept payment on invoice, you authorize us to check your information for the purposes of credit assessment, based on mathematical and statistical methods to pass. We reserve the right to refuse the payment term “payment on invoice” as result of the credit check.
